Due to our hilly location, some cell carriers have weak service in the area.
A great base for touring the area, with quick access to lakes, Mickelson Trail and a 20 minute drive to Mt. Rushmore.Â
Cabins do not include a shower, bathroom or running water inside. Showers and bathrooms are available for free use in main guest shower house.

A very communicative host in a beautiful part of the country!
Cozy Cabins
Two friends and I stayed in one of these cozy little cabins while on a road trip. We were able to get a great night’s sleep and a warm shower, which is exactly what we wanted. Rocky was also very welcoming to us despite our late arrival.
Fun Place
Such a fun place to stay we got to see deer on our way out early in the morning. The showers were nice and the hot water worked perfectly! There's a restaurant right by it! A must!
Sparkling New
The cabin was sparkling new - still smelled like fresh lumber. Bathroom facilities (shared) were immaculate. Firehouse Brewery/Winery next store was great (way nicer/roomier inside than the outside appearance suggests)
Clean!
The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were in a separate building, but clean and easy to locate. The cabin also had a binder with helpful information on local attractions. Overall a great stay!
Great Place to Stay !
Great place to stay ! Comfortable bedroom in the middle of everything in the Black Hills. Fresh wood smell as soon as you step into the cabin. We loved it !
