Payment Schedule
100% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 10 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Campfire Safety
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, campfires are permitted only in the designated fire ring and must be attended at all times. Please fully extinguish all fires before leaving your campsite. Do not move fire rings or cut standing trees. Fire restrictions may be in effect due to local, state, or federal regulations, and guests are responsible for complying with all applicable restrictions. Please dispose of all trash in designated receptacles and do not leave trash in or around fire rings.
Occupancy
Please observe the maximum occupancy listed for your Lodge Suite, Glamping Cabin, RV Site, or Tent Site. One (1) tent is permitted per Tent Site. Additional tents require prior approval from management and may be subject to an additional fee.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Lodge Suites & Glamping Cabins: Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- RV Sites & Tent Sites: Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Showerhouse
The Showerhouse is available for Glamping Cabin guests, Tent Site guests, and guests staying in RVs that are not designed to be self-contained. Please help keep the facilities clean and available for all guests who rely on them.
Parking
- One vehicle is included with each reservation.
- Limited overflow parking may be available for an additional fee.
Pets
- Lodge Suites & Glamping Cabins: Pets are not permitted.
- RV Sites & Tent Sites: Leashed pets are welcome. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they are supervised at all times.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests by minimizing noise during these hours.
Smoking, Vaping & Substance Use Policy
- All buildings, including Lodge Suites, Glamping Cabins, the Showerhouse, and restroom facilities, are non-smoking and non-vaping. A $300 penalty will be charged for smoking or vaping inside any building.
- Substance use is prohibited anywhere on the property.
Fireworks & Firearms
Fireworks and firearms may not be discharged anywhere on the property.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay and will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Firehouse Campground & Cabins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Guest Acknowledgment
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees, removal from the property without a refund, or liability for any damages or violations.
