Due to our hilly location, some cell carriers have weak service in the area.
A great base for touring the area, with quick access to lakes, Mickelson Trail and a 20 minute drive to Mt. Rushmore.
Cabins do not include a shower, bathroom or running water
inside. Showers and bathrooms are available for free use in main guest
shower house.

Reviews
Really great spot
Really great spot. We slept here on our way to Colorado from Mount Rushmore. The cabin was super comfortable and incredibly clean. The location was also perfect as a stopover, we were able to explore Hill City a bit, checking out the 1880 train and some of the trails. The campground is right next door to a brewery with really great food, beer and wine! There's also a small grocery store 5 minutes away by car, which was really convenient. The host was really friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a really great experience and I would recommend if you're ever in the area!
Overnight Stop
Great place to stay overnight! We just used it as a place to sleep for one night, so it was perfect for that. The public restroom was clean and updated. We didn’t use the showers.
Excellent
Excellent little cabin on the campground. We got in late and the campground host still checked in on us to make sure everything was right!
